Organic Barley Grass is gluten free and made from young barley grass shoots. It is a popular high fibre green superfood with a refreshing mild green taste.
It contains zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
Our Organic Barley Grass powder is made from young barley grass shoots, which are bursting with vitamins and minerals. They're hand cut and gently dried to retain all the goodness.
Recipe Idea - Organic Barley Grass Fruit Smoothie
-1/2 cup orange or apple juice
-1/2 cup of coconut water (or water)
-1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
-1 ripe banana, peeled
-2tsp Organic Barley Grass Powder
Blend all ingredients together.
How to use:
Suggested Use: 5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.
